We designed and developed a complete web-based workflow for this Australian bank to tele-market insurance products to their existing customer base.
The workflow automation included:
- Import existing customer lists
- Compare against internal and external do not call lists
- Send to call center database
- Create call center process flow screens, including product selection
- Collect sale data keyed in at call center, including look up into existing bank account details
- Manage call lists
- Create reports for sales, call efficiency and call audits
